Language: Stock Sinclair Basic for spectrum 16k/48k 

          Code edited on PC and converted to tap with bas2tap.

A game for BASIC 10Liner Contest (2024) modality Extreme-256.

The following is a brief description of the game. See included

manuals for a better description of the game and launching instructions.


Objective:

----------

The objective is to eat as many alien bugs as possible, avoiding crashing

with the walls, snake own body, and death tombstones. Aliens can jump 

after some time. Stage will change after enough aliens have been eaten.


Controls:

---------

With the keyboard using OPQA keys:

O - left

P - right

Q - up

A - down.

Any other key will pause the game.

Just a Snake... but what a snake!!

Smooth play, graphics, animations, sound.

Very good job, and in fucking 10 lines.

Very well polished and complete implementation of SNAKE, I'd have typed this one in back in the day, just to work out how you did the FIFO so smoothly.. 

Great graphics and challenge. Love the end of round animations. Very fun!
